“Sachi,” which means happiness, blessing, and good fortune in Japanese, is the ideal term to describe the atmosphere created by Chef Mitsu.
A recognized local figure in Japanese gastronomy, trained by the master Nobu Matsuhisa, he guides guests through a unique and surprising palette of flavors.
With his signature dish the spicy salmon tartare on a bed of crispy rice which is the menu’s centerpiece and our absolute favorite SACHI has become our preferred culinary destination.
