A small black book, like a mysterious notebook, with a velvet-like touch, featuring a single logo—elegant in its simplicity. The very first edition of Eyes Magazine bore only its name, a definition of a perspective on light, and could only be opened by passing through the darkness of a cover as dark as PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), then highly acclaimed. The codes of luxury were tied to ultra-black, and the magazine, discreetly chic, offered not only the latest trends but also photo directories of Geneva’s nightlife, where the who’s who would meet. Long before social media, the pages of Eyes Magazine brought together a whole festive and avant-garde community, which has remained loyal over the past fifteen years. Eyes Magazine slipped into women’s handbags and men’s pockets, a reference to the Platinum Glam Club, a place to be seen.
