In January 2026, Nobu will open its doors at One&Only One Za’abeel, introducing a new chapter of the globally celebrated restaurant within one of the city’s most architecturally ambitious destinations. Set inside The Link, the world’s longest cantilevered structure suspended 100 metres above the city, Nobu One Za’abeel places the brand’s unmistakable culinary language in dialogue with Dubai’s appetite for elevation and spectacle.
Inside, the restaurant unfolds along black cerused oak, oil-rubbed bronze and brass, embossed leather, Calacatta Cielo marble and Breccia Antica stone create a layered, tactile environment, punctuated by bespoke liquid metal art panels and softened by warm lighting and subtle gold-leaf accents. The result is immersive yet restrained, a space designed to heighten the senses without overwhelming them.
As day gives way to night, the mood shifts. Nobu One Za’abeel introduces a late-night bar and lounge concept unlike any other within the Nobu universe. With extended hours and a curated DJ soundtrack, the venue transforms into a high-energy, after-dark destination, marking an evolution of the brand tailored specifically to Dubai’s nocturnal rhythm.
Yet, the culinary offering remains anchored in Nobu’s global signatures. Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, world-class sushi, and premium Wagyu are joined by exclusive creations developed for this location, including Umami Mediterranean Seabass with Tomato Dashi Ponzu, Amadai with Ginger and Shiso Ponzu, and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin layered with Shiitake Millefeuille and Tozasu.
