Luxury is also a country: Italy. Elegance, roaring engines, and fine cuisine define the life of Massimo Bottura. This great Italian chef has twice earned the title of best restaurant in the world. Born in Modena, he opened a restaurant near the Ferrari factory at the start of his career, where he offered both traditional recipes and creative gastronomy. An exacting path (alongside Alain Ducasse) yet flawless, and always with a generous heart: Massimo founded a non-profit organization, Food for Soul, which he continues to champion in order to help the underprivileged. The photos taken that day perfectly illustrated the empathy in his vision, his sense of hospitality—but this cover was more than just an image, it was a true encounter.
