During the past decade and a half, we have been able to live and be part of the evolution of Ferrari, a mythical brand that embodies the pinnacle of passion, performance, and emotion. Every Ferrari is a purebred, designed to be as unique as it is thrilling, never a mere version of what came before, but a creation all on its own. From the unmistakable roar of its engines to the flawless balance between power and beauty, each Ferrari is a work of art, born to deliver the ultimate driving experience.
At Ferrari, every new model is an original masterpiece, a fresh expression of the brand’s relentless pursuit of perfection. The brand doesn’t believe in simply updating or reworking old designs; instead, each release is an entirely new chapter in Ferrari’s storied history. Whether it’s the design, the performance, the sound, or the style, every car proudly wears its Ferrari DNA. Each new model is like nothing before it, yet undeniably Ferrari, a seamless blend of innovation and tradition.
Over the years, we’ve had the rare honor of driving several iconic Ferrari models, and each experience has left an indelible mark. One of our most exciting encounters was in 2017 when we took the Ferrari 488 Spider to the limits on a closed airfield in Buochs, Switzerland. With the surrounding mountains as our backdrop, we could push the car on an improvised track, experiencing firsthand the thrill of unleashing its raw power. Ferrari’s commitment to precision and control became evident with every turn, every surge of acceleration.
Driving a Ferrari isn’t about restraining yourself; it’s about finding the edge of possibility and realizing the car is always one step ahead, delivering exhilarating performance in even the most challenging conditions.
Maybe an even more adrenaline-charged experience came in 2019 at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, where we drove the Ferrari 488 Pista on track. Sharing a lap with a professional Ferrari Challenge pilot during a free practice session was unforgettable. The G-forces in the corners, the late braking at the pit exit, and the sight of overtaking other 488s on a damp track gave us an electrifying glimpse of Ferrari’s unmatched potential. It was a visceral reminder that the very same car we drove on the street could, with minimal adaptation, dominate a racetrack.
More recently, we had the opportunity to experience the very innovative part of the Ferrari empire, with two ‘never seen before’ novelties like the groundbreaking Ferrari 296 GTS that we took in 2022 from Modena to Forte dei Marmi. Propelled by Ferrari’s first hybrid V6 powertrain, the car delivered 830 horsepower while retaining every ounce of Ferrari emotion. The sleek lines and unmistakable Ferrari character blended with cutting-edge technology, reaffirming that Ferrari’s vision for the future doesn’t compromise on the passion for performance.
The innovation continued with our latest experience, driving the Ferrari Purosangue, that marked yet another milestone. The first four-door Ferrari, powered by an atmospheric V12 in an era of downsizing and electrification, felt like a triumph against convention. With 725 horsepower and Ferrari’s signature performance, this wasn’t just another luxury SUV, it was a true Ferrari, refined yet raw, elegant yet powerful, a sportscar with four doors and no compromises.
Ferrari’s magic lies in its ability to truly create unique cars that evoke the same passion and emotion every time we get behind the wheel. Whether it’s a two-door convertible or a four-door powerhouse, each Ferrari is built with the same uncompromising dedication to performance, ensuring that every drive feels like nothing else on earth.
