This season a new wave of openings across Dubai is bringing everything from Parisian cabaret and Tuscan refinement, to elevated gastropub dining and contemporary Japanese steakhouses. Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner, a lively evening of entertainment or simply searching for your next favourite table, these are the restaurants deserving a place on your reservation list.

As Dubai continues to cement its reputation as one of the world’s leading culinary capitals, these latest openings demonstrate the city’s appetite for experiences that extend beyond exceptional food. From Parisian glamour and Japanese precision to Italian elegance and Indonesian heritage, each restaurant brings its own distinctive narrative, making this one of the most exciting seasons yet for luxury dining in the emirate.

Siena

Bringing the romance of Tuscany to Dubai’s financial district, Siena arrives in DIFC following the success of its Paris debut. The restaurant pairs refined European elegance with the warmth of Italian hospitality, creating an atmosphere that feels effortlessly transportive. The culinary philosophy centres on seasonal ingredients and timeless Italian craftsmanship. Lobster linguine, beef carpaccio, house-made rigatoni and classic tiramisu sit alongside carefully selected wines, offering a menu that celebrates simplicity executed exceptionally well.

Andaliman

Already recognised as Dubai’s most distinctive Indonesian kitchens, Andaliman has entered an exciting new chapter with its relocation to The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel. The elevated setting introduces the restaurant to one of the city’s most architecturally striking destinations while maintaining the authentic flavours that first earned it a loyal following. Named after the prized Andaliman pepper native to North Sumatra, the concept celebrates the richness and diversity of Indonesian cuisine through contemporary presentation and meticulous technique. Expect vibrant spice profiles, beautifully balanced dishes and a dining experience that introduces guests to one of Southeast Asia’s most compelling culinary traditions within an unmistakably luxurious setting.

Le Piaf

Making its international debut, Le Piaf brings the glamour of the French capital to Jumeirah Emirates Towers, replacing the former La Cantine du Faubourg with an entirely new concept from the renowned Paris Society. The interiors are unapologetically theatrical. Velvet drapery, scarlet hues, dramatic chandeliers and whimsical ceiling murals create an atmosphere reminiscent of an intimate Parisian cabaret. French cuisine remains firmly at the heart of the menu, elevated with subtle contemporary influences. Delicate seafood carpaccio, premium Wagyu, fresh seafood pastas and beautifully executed classics showcase refined technique throughout.

The Barrel

Neighbourhood dining takes on a more polished identity at The Barrel, the new gastropub at Vida Creek Beach overlooking Dubai Creek Harbour. Combining a relaxed atmosphere with elevated comfort food, the venue strikes an effortless balance between casual and refined. Interiors are warm and inviting, with rich timber finishes, deep green accents and softly lit corners creating a space equally suited to after-work drinks or leisurely weekend lunches. The menu revisits gastropub classics through a contemporary lens.

Sutēki

Hidden discreetly behind velvet curtains, Sutēki offers one of Dubai’s most intriguing new dining experiences. The intimate restaurant celebrates Japanese-inspired luxury through an immersive menu dedicated almost entirely to premium Wagyu. Rich crimson interiors, curated contemporary artwork and panoramic marina views establish a sophisticated setting that transitions beautifully from sunset through late evening. Every course explores a different expression of Wagyu, from delicate sirloin tataki and handmade gyoza to signature steaks and indulgent steak sandwiches served on pillowy milk bread. For romantic evenings or stylish dinners with friends, Sutēki is quickly becoming one of Dubai Harbour’s standout destinations.
