On December 8, 2025, on the starting grid of the Abu Dhabi circuit, an unprecedented spectacle unfolded. For the first time, Louis Vuitton brought together all 24 Trophy Trunks from the Formula 1 season on the grid, transforming this iconic arena of performance into a true scenography of craftsmanship and victory. Arranged in a V formation, these emblematic trunks told the story of the entire 2025 season in a single glance. Each Trophy Trunk, designed to protect and showcase the trophy of each Grand Prix, was aligned in the chronological order of the races, from the Australian Grand Prix to the pinnacle of the calendar, the FORMULA 1® Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025, positioned at the forefront of this striking composition.
More than an installation, this staging celebrated a vision: that of a luxury that does not merely accompany performance, but honours it. Since January 2025, Louis Vuitton has been an official partner of Formula 1®, a commitment embodied here in its most tangible form, artisanal gesture. Crafted by the Maison’s artisans in the historic Asnières workshops, these trunks bear witness to a savoir-faire where every detail matters, mirroring the absolute precision demanded in Formula 1 pit lanes.
During this final race, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 trophy, presented in its Louis Vuitton case, was awarded to Max Verstappen, forming a part of a tradition dear to the Maison. Since 1854, Louis Vuitton has accompanied the most precious objects of travel and, for several decades now, those of victory. From the world’s most prestigious competitions, from the America’s Cup to the FIFA World Cup, from the Olympic Games to Formula 1, a single signature emerges: “Victory travels in Louis Vuitton.”
