Dubai has never been short on luxury, but the arrival of Elie Saab Maison at AATI marks a new calibre of refinement, one in which couture codes transcend the runway and are reimagined into spaces designed to be lived in. As fashion’s leading maisons continue to expand their universes beyond garments and into the architecture of everyday life, Elie Saab’s newest Dubai outpost stands as a masterclass in how style, craft and environment can be woven into a singular, elevated lifestyle.
In partnership with AATI, part of Al Tayer Insignia and a name synonymous with the region’s luxury interior landscape, Elie Saab Maison unveils dedicated retail environments on Jumeirah Beach Road and Zabeel Road. Here, the maison’s philosophy of creating “complete worlds” becomes tangible. For the first time, visitors can step inside immersive Elie Saab Maison environments meticulously crafted to reflect the designer’s philosophy. The maison’s silhouettes recognisable on the runway find new form in sweeping lines of sofas and the architectural presence of statement tables. Couture-level detailing becomes a design language of its own: hand-finished metalwork, marble surfaces with gemstone-like depth, and textiles subtly embroidered with the house monogram.
Born from the creative dialogue between Elie Saab and renowned architect Carlo Colombo, and produced under license by Corporate Brand A++ Group, each piece in the collection is crafted entirely in Italy, honouring the Maison’s commitment to artisanal excellence. Architectural clarity, fluid forms, and couture-level detailing anchor the design language, formulating subtle signatures that elevate everyday living into a sensory experience.
Signatures of the line, including the Voyage Royale Bed, the Byblos Sofa, the refined Elite Sofa, and the Palace and Lunula tables, offer more than function; they serve as spatial statements, echoing the precision of haute joaillerie and the sophistication of architectural form. Yet the world of ELIE SAAB Maison extends well beyond furniture. Collaborations with Italian artisans like Giobagnara for accessories, Sahrai for rugs, and SCIC for kitchens and wardrobes expand the landscape of the home into a fully unified aesthetic vision.

“Dubai continues to be a key market for Elie Saab Maison,” says Massimiliano Ferrari, CEO of Corporate Brand – A++ Group. “AATI allows us to bring this universe of refined living closer to those who truly appreciate craftsmanship, sophistication, and Made in Italy excellence.” With this opening, AATI becomes the region’s gateway to Elie Saab’s holistic lifestyle philosophy, one that positions the home as an extension of couture: immersive, intentional, and quietly monumental. As Dubai continues to assert itself as a global design capital, this partnership signals a defining moment, merging architectural modernity with a distinctly haute sensibility. In essence, it invites the city to experience luxury not simply as a look, but as a way of living.
